You are not broken, and you are not alone.
You deserve support that sees the whole you
Healing is about more than one part of you.
Your relationship with food and your body can be deeply connected to anxiety, ADHD, autism, perfectionism, trauma, self-worth, and the many demands of everyday life. You deserve support that considers the whole picture and makes room for all of you.
As a licensed therapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I specialize in body image healing and helping women build a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food, free from dieting, restriction, and shame.
This work can bring up fear, frustration, grief, uncertainty, and hope. It can also create space for something different: more freedom, greater self-trust, and a life that feels less consumed by food and body thoughts.
With extensive experience supporting women navigating anxiety, ADHD, and autism, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when your brain and nervous system are constantly working overtime. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, understand yourself more deeply, and find ways of moving through life that actually work for you.
My approach is compassionate, affirming, and grounded in ongoing education and evidence-informed care. Together, we can make space for your needs, your voice, your values, and the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.
You do not have to become a different person to feel better. Instead, you deserve support that helps you feel more at home in who you already are.

Frequently
Asked
Questions
Do you accept insurance for therapy and counseling in Pa?
EmBODY Confidence is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits. Many clients receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their plan. I have opted out of Medicare. Those with Medicare must enter into a private contract with me. Please note that you cannot submit superbills for services to Medicare for reimbursement.
What can I expect at a session?
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s nervous system and processing style. Sessions may include open dialogue, thoughtful questions, gentle reframes, skill-building, and emotional processing, all at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
My office environment is intentionally neurodivergent-friendly. I use soft lighting, offer cozy blankets, and provide fidget tools for grounding and regulation. Refreshments are always available as well. I also welcome accommodations, pacing adjustments, and breaks as needed. Your comfort and safety matter deeply to me.
Do you offer virtual sessions in PA?
Yes. I offer both in-person therapy at my Ephrata, PA office and secure telehealth therapy for anyone located within the state of Pennsylvania.
Do you work with specific ages?
My practice is dedicated to working with adults ages 18 and older. At this time, I do not offer therapy services for children or adolescents and am unable to make exceptions to this policy.
How often do we meet?
After your initial intake, we will collaborate to develop a personalized plan of care, including session frequency. Daytime and evening appointments are available depending on clinician availability. Most of my clients schedule sessions weekly to bi-monthly.
Do you only work with women?
I specialize in women’s mental health, particularly related to eating disorders, body image, ADHD, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I am especially passionate about supporting trans women and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community.
While my primary focus is on women, I have experience working with male-identifying clients. I am open to working with any gender when it is a good clinical fit.
How do I know if this practice is the right fit for me?
A strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, comfort, and collaboration. I offer free 15-minute consultation calls so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see how it feels to connect with me.
If at any point you feel that another provider would better meet your needs, I will support you in finding the right fit. Your comfort, safety, and progress are always my priority.
