At EmBODY Confidence, therapy is a collaborative journey. I see my role as engaging with curiosity, offering psychoeducation, providing perspective, highlighting strengths, normalizing challenges, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
About EmBODY Confidence Counseling and Coaching
My integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic and Client-Centered work, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I also practice Intuitive Eating, a weight-inclusive, evidence-based model that combines instinct, emotion, and rational thought. This framework is supported by over 200 published studies and a validated assessment scale, helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies through compassion rather than control.
I believe in empowering individuals to live authentically and unapologetically. Central to that process is letting go of diet culture, healing your relationship with food and body, and cultivating deep self-acceptance.

Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor
ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider
Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist
I specialize in working with neurodivergent women facing challenges like ADHD, autism, CPTSD, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and anxiety. As a neurodivergent therapist, my approach is gentle but firm, combining both personal and professional expertise to help you show up as your authentic self. I focus on creating a collaborative space where curiosity, compassion, and empowerment guide every session.
I provide size-inclusive counseling rooted in fat-acceptance principles, supporting clients of all body sizes to cultivate a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a deep respect for each client’s unique experience, helping them build self-trust, body respect, and sustainable well-being.
Professionally, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist.
Personally, I was formally diagnosed with ADHD in college and CPTSD in adulthood. I also honor my self-diagnosis of being on the Autism spectrum. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and our four cats, traveling, hiking, and thrifting. My current hyperfixations include collecting miniature trinkets, rock hounding, coloring, completing jigsaw puzzles, and bird watching.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist
Having personal experience with neurodivergence, eating disorders and body dysmorphia allows me to connect on a deeper level. I understand the exhaustion, the fear, and the feeling of being at odds with your body. This lived experience, combined with clinical training, helps me approach each client with empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for their process.
I specialize in treating eating disorders and body dysmorphia through a neurodivergent and gender-affirming lens, offering care that recognizes the ways neurodivergent brains process the world differently.
I know that traditional treatment models often fail to consider neurodiversity, and that the constant pressure to think, act, and look a certain way can feel impossible to meet. My mission is to help clients understand that their experiences are valid, their needs are real, and healing is absolutely possible.
At EmBODY Confidence, I meet you exactly where you are with compassion, flexibility, and genuine respect for your lived experience.
