Many women have been taught to disconnect from anger, to fear it, or to mistake it for something harmful or out of control. In reality, anger is a deeply human, protective emotion that carries important information about our needs, boundaries, and experiences.
In this free, trauma informed virtual gathering, led by two therapists, we will gently explore the truth about anger and why so many women feel disconnected from it.
