Nourish Your Neurodivergence is a gentle, interactive workshop for neurodivergent brains navigating food, routine, and executive dysfunction.
Facilitated by two neurodivergent, eating disorder-informed professionals who truly get it both personally and professionally. This workshop gives you space to:
- Understand why eating and cooking feel harder for your neurodivergent brain
- Explore your sensory needs at your own pace without judgment
- Learn ADHD-friendly tools for meal preparation & planning
- Build confidence in creating food routines that work for you
- Practice mindfulness strategies to manage anxiety around eating
- Take home resources that you design yourself for your unique food-related needs
